Our Product Support & PLM Group has put together a special support package to help customers prepare for the upcoming seeding season. SINGLE UNIT GUIDANCE SUPPORT PACKAGE
Single unit support packages can be purchased at a cost of $250.00 each. This will include Trimble units as well as CNH products. All CNH products must be done on-farm to ensure Nav Controllers and Monitors communicate. With Trimble products the monitor can be done in-store. This package includes:
- Pre-season check on firmware for each unit
- System calibration for each unit
- Up to 5 service calls per unit at $350.00 each. After that standard rates apply.
ANTENNA UPDATE CALIBRATION
- On-farm Firmware check and calibration, $200.00 for the first unit, and $150.00 for each unit after that.
- This includes labour and service call fees. We will check Firmware in the Monitor, Nav Controller and Antenna as well as a system calibration. Any other repairs will be at the standard shop rate.
- This will include Trimble units as well as CNH products. All CNH products have to be done on-farm to ensure Nav Controllers and Monitors communicate. With Trimble products the Monitor can be done in-store.
IN-STORE TRIMBLE PRODUCTS FIRMWARE UPDATES
In-store Trimble products Firmware Updates will be $50.00 each. This will include the following:
- Firmware check
- Build a profile to ensure measurements are not lost for calibration.
- Firmware download, if necessary.
